Happy that my problem was resolved and the tech JayV was very helpful. However I was told that he would work on my computer and when finished he would call me so that I could test my computer, Instead I had to stay at my computer for almost three hours at his request. I am sooo tired. I could have slept until he was finished if it was done as first told me. I did as he said to facilitate fixing my computer.
