I had a blank window appear in the middle of my screen and saw a Restoro icon on my task bar, which said "Restoro warning". Nothing I did would remove the blank window.
So, I uninstalled Restoro, and as it was being uninstalled, the annoying blank window was removed.
To get Restoro going again, I had to contact Restoro to reissue my activation code.
The team at Restoro were most helpful.
