The tech's were fantastic and the job they did was excellent. My laptop hasn't run this fast in years. they also made some program adjustments that were not within the purview of their job just to help out. The only issue I have is now I have pop up screens telling me I have problems that require fixing and of course there is a cost involved, this is happening only hours after a full paid for repair. I could understand this if I used the internet to download something but the only "on line" use I have had is Mozilla for my email and Amazon Prime to watch a movie.
