I was on the line for hours with someone else controlling my computer. I am not at all sure of what was done. I have lost data and programs and have been notified by my credit card that a probable fraud has attacked my account. A charge for over $500 has been. I checked your web site and found no reason a charge that big would be made. Most of your charges are for less than $10 per month. If this charge is from you please cancel whatever it is. I am 80 years old, retired living on social security and could not possibly make a purchase like that. I have turned the computer over to a reputable repair company to see if it can salvaged.
