Shipping ... Licence key not sent as I forward from the email i use in public to my private gmail account.
However, support responded, and after 24 hours was up and running - that's mid day saturday to mid day sunday.
Two hours later it is 70% fixed - over 6,000 issues fixed out of over 8,500.
Seems like it is a dream !
