It wasn't overly difficult to get a replacement licence key this time around as Kevin dealt with my question efficiently and didn't push me when I didn't want to give my phone number for a call back. The subtracted star is not about Kevin but about Restoro itself. I should not have had to contact technical support in the first place, it is incredibly annoying that the software licence gets invalidated each time a user has to reinstall Restoro for whatever reason. The kind of person who buys Restoro has a troubled PC! All my other software licences work fine, it's just Restoro. Last time it took them over a week to reactivate my licence. At list this time I was able to resolve things via the chat function with the helpful Kevin.
