I bought the Basic plan on 1-15-23 ........ my PC has new issues today (1-19-23), and RESTRO is NOT repairing these issues??????
I want to CANCEL the $19.95 charge for Restoro. IF the Basic Plan only does ONE repair, which was NOT shown in the Basic Plan info - - - I want to CANCEL - -please CANCEL the $19.95 charge and issue a credit asap! Thank you. Mary Kelly
