I purchased their plan that was on special, pay for 1 license for 1 year & get 2 additional licenses for 2 additional pc's for free. After the purchase I received the proof of purchase but no license key. I then tried their support numerous times & keep on getting the same response that I'm not in their database. There appears to be no support whatsoever & I'm extremely disappointed in their service.
Hope I will eventually get what I payed for but I somehow doubt it.
