ok finally got ahold of a tech they had to revaildate my license. it didn't work since monday finally got an email today Wednesday showing a chat room with a tech finally solved the problem my key code wasn't working and I bought it several times. well i contacted them by email monday got emails today wednesday but talked with a tech in chat and she solved the problem so the below doesn't have days just hours and that's not fair because the chat she fixed it in under 5 minutes by validating my serail numbers again. so 5 stars for her but 3 (and I am being generous) for email 24/7? really? I would put the screenshots i have but they contain my serail codes.
