twice I've recently paid $19+ ($39 total) and NEVER once have I received help: NO chat, NO support, nothing. Oh it scans but when it goes to "Fix/Repair" then the page goes to pay again - NOTHING gets repaired/resolved. It's under 60 days and I think it's time for my money back.
