after my monthly clean up was done yesterday I noticed that I could not open some of my others programs (Microsoft Word, Mozilla Firefox, Restoro and others. So I called again this morning to get those issues fixed and I'm happy to report that I received excellent service and within 15 minutes all issues were fixed. Thank you to Jay for looking after my concerns so swiftly.
