RESTORO worked only once on the day of purchase (2 days ago). Since then, the software asks for a license key which is not recognized. None of the 3 keys you sent me by email is functional.
In addition, I reported this anomaly by 2 messages using your site's messaging service: I received no response, no ticket was sent to me. However, you claim to provide 24/24 - 7/7 assistance, this is not the case.
I expressly ask you to find a solution to the problem as soon as possible.
