I had a big problem with my computer. Malware, viruses, trojans, etc that prevented me from performing efficiently on my laptop. I live in a remote location without easy access to computer services, box stores etc, so I rolled the dice and went with Restoro after a web search. At first you talk with a person who analyzes your problem and fixes the "easy stuff" . In all honesty, you get a pretty big upsell at this point. I caved since I was desperate to fix my problem. OK, I think I could have negotiated better as a consumer but once the deal was struck it was a different world. The Restoro techs are as competent as you will find anywhere. They will not give up until they find a solution to all your problems. You can call them again and again until every issue--no matter how minor-- is resolved. You can call on Monday, again on Tuesday, and again and again. they will spend hours and hours fixing your concerns. Maybe you have tech support at your business. But if you dont and you want first class high quality professional service, I recommend Restoro. Can the box stores offer the same thing for less? Maybe. I don't know. But from the minute I contacted them until all my problems were fixed, I have no complaints about the politeness, competence, and overall customer service I got from Restoro.
