they solved my problem, but charged me lots of money. this all used to be low cost or free. it seems kind of like a scam. experion gets hacked and loses the personal data of millions of it's customers, they all have to pay experion $15 each for new protection, loosing personal data for profit. also, I had other plans and projects for this afternoon that did not involve being on the phone for 2 1/2 hours.
