Unfortunately I had not read reviews before purchasing program as I was another "customer" whose computer had to be reset with loss of everything.
Despite efforts to "find a solution" there was no option and the impression given was that this was an unusual occurrence but, too late, I now know this is not true. BEWARE AND AVOID AT YOUR OWN PERIL
