Having undertaken a reasonably expensive repair operatng systems issues, 3rd party issues and removal of a virus, I was a little concerned when message appeared suggesting ongoing issues. Initial attempts to contact Restoro were unsuccessful but eventually made contact through the chat line. Another remote control session seems to have resolved whatever problem I had. I am still unclear as to why a problem recurred after first comprehensive fix, but happy that things have been resovled (hopefully)
