It's been 2 weeks now since you went on to my computer and is now worse than before. You upcharge me over $500.00 for an extended plan and when I tried to contact your company to have my computer fixed the email came back. I tried calling the number and it has been disconnected.
This is a scam and I have contacted my cc company, Google and my bank and I'm not finished.
