We are not familiar with words used between one code writer and an other. We had Restoro scan our computer a few times and tell us there were fixes that could be applied if we purchased a repair program. Finally last night after seeing the results of another screen we decided we would purchase your 1 year plan at $145.95. After our payment was completed we had not a clue of what to next for that program that we had just purchased to begin applying the needed fixes to our computer. For a full/complete 3 hours we tried to click on any button that might help us get the program working. There was no HELP button to click on. We as 80 year olds were faced with nothing in writing before us that would give us a hint of what to do or to connect us to someone to help us get started. Today, when we open our email there was a message from Restoro which seem to let us clik on the program doing a scan. We did that. Once the scan was done we hoped for a button to appear that would start the fixing of problem. BUT, all that appear was a request for us again to purchase your program. There was no sense that your system recognized us a paid customer. Later today we had a message come from you or Outlook, we are not sure asking us to make a choice which we had again no clue what to do. What we did see was for the 1sr time a phone number for your customer service. We are too stressed at this time. I had my 4th heart attack 3 weeks ago. We will try and phone you on Monday to find out how we can have the Restoro repair service for 1 year begin to make the fixes you suggest. We are sorry to be a problem. When we are near our children, 6 engineers and a nurse. We can ask them to look at our computer. But the nearest of the 7 childen is 3 hours away.
