To be honest I was veryyyyy worried about the site/product being scammy. However, I ordered the retainer and got the 2 day priority. My impression kit and retainers came within like a week and a half. The retainers fit great and I even got a handwritten note explaining the difficulty they had with one of my impressions and encouraging me to communicate with them if they did not fit properly (I obviously did not have to, they fit fine!) I'm really thankful to retainer direct for the affordable retainers. They saved me $800.
