If you have an issue ,your screwed! Very difficult to communicate with seller and I noticed they don’t answer you on weekends . The amp I bought was damaged (due to unprofessional packaging) upon arrival I wanted a refund and to return it
but they were unapologetic and it seems they don’t work on weekends because I texted them on Friday and had to wait for a response till Tuesday.The text I received were short and there was a long span between texts. You can’t contact customer service by phone, only text, they helped me, it it wasn’t for them this issue would still be unresolved! Never Ever Again!!!
