Horrible company to deal with! First off hidden selling fees, second they sold my equipment 13 days ago…….. my buyer received the equipment 10 days ago…… and I have not received my money yet! Over $5,700 they are holding back. You have to connect your bank account thru an called, Plaid, I did that and they sent on penny to my account 7 days ago. Nothing since. NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL! You have to use the on line help desk……… Idiots! No body knows what's going on. Will never use Reverb again……. Simply horrible service.
