This company's TOS is written to completely immunize it's officers etc from ANY responsibility to the people who use the site's services. My personal experience has been frustrating to say the least, and I will say this as a warning to others, "Reverb is NOT a safe site to do business with." Read this legal stuff: __________ (I) Full Waiver: YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE AND RELEASE REVERB (AND REVERB'S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, JOINT VENTURES AND EMPLOYEES) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND DAMAGES (ACTUAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL) OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, DISCLOSED AND UNDISCLOSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE SITE, SERVICES OR YOUR USE OF THE SAME. ______ If I had read that, I would NEVER have given Reverb a credit card authorization for over 2,000 USD.
