Customer service is awful. I returned a guitar. The seller told reverb that the seller received the guitar back. The seller wanted to refund me. But reverb would not allow it until I provided pictures of the guitar, that I no longer had!
They won’t connect you to a supervisor. They just hang up on you when you call the number. They disconnect the chat without answering your questions.
