I bought a Snarling Dogs Wah pedal for which I paid $234.58 from a scammer who calls himself darkodomz who assured me the pedal was fully functional. When I received the pedal I discovered the pedal volume was broken, rendering the pedal useless and immediately contacted reverb who said I had to file a complaint with pay pal. I filed 4 complaints online, each time e receiving a notification that I had not responded, so I called paypal to file for a refund. I later received a notification that my claim had been declined because I failed to respond.
