When you are asked to wait 3 days before contacting them, this is a red flag. You can contact them but, no one is there to help. Just a bot telling you to allow another 24 hours. It then generates a response from Reverb telling you your support case was closed. You have 7 days to reopen. That is when I called PayPal. Now it's just a waiting game for a refund. They are a bunch of charlatans! The Latin phrase goes here!
