I don't even think Reverb deserves one star ... totally dysfunctional and non supportive site. Automated CS does nothing for you but pass on your message to a live operator. The live operator never returns your requests... this is my 6th day asking for a CS response on a fraudulent transaction claim I have filed.
I purchased an item that was not was posted. I now will probably prefer e-bay over this site ... the experience is terrible. I suggest everyone reports Reverb to the Better Business Bureau. I have filed a fraudulent claim with my credit card company.
