Worst customer support ever. They let scammers sell broken items as new and when you contact them to solve the problem. They just answer that you only have 14 days protection. Now it's your responsibility to fix the item by yourself. And the worst part. I contacted PayPal and they threaten me to ban my account from reverb if I continued requesting buyer protection from PayPal. And they finally ban my IP and data from Reverb. Shameful.
