Can't even make a purchase here! First time using this site and I make a $2K+ purchase. First says purchase didn't go through, but I received a message from my bank that did. Turns out it didn't go through so I purchase again and two days later receive an email that my purchase was cancelled and to contact support. I contact support and am told that my "concern is already escalated to our internal team. The email that you have received is from them. To avoid confusion for this order, I will relay to them that you have reached out... They will contact you within 24-48 hours regarding this." Sorry, not waiting another two days to find out how I might be able to successfully make a purchase here.
