My issue is a little different....starting several months ago, my laptop would begin freezing as I go into the Reverb website-still does. As a result, I'm constantly closing my browser, trying to check a listing, often to no avail.
Worst thing is, there is no phone #, the "Chat" bots totally useless, and I can't even find an address. Zero customer support- yes, zero stars if I could. Only hope you have no issues in your transactions.
