I sold an acoustic guitar on this site on December 1, 2024. Payment was made on Monday December 2, 2024. The payment was returned on December 5, 2024.
My bank confirmed this.
Reverb claims they have not received a bounce back from my bank and will not reissue funds they do.
I have sent them notarized ACH from my bank First Horizon Bank several times with no results. They continue to ignore this information and claim they have not received a bounce back of the funds.
It APPEARS they are trying to steal my money. Just my humble opinion.
