Similar story. I purchased an item before I could fix the problem on my computer and once I did within the 24 hours of it being purchased, it was too late to cancel. Once I received the package the only reply I got from customer service was you can contact the seller to see if you can get a refund. Sending it back with shipping and handling would cost half as much is what the item originally was purchased for. They wouldn't even give me a shipping label. So now I'm stuck with this item and trying to sell it and make my money back. Thanks reverb, you guys really suck.
