Emailed them twice to ask if they had included the greeting card for a friend who had been unwell - no response from FF and the flowers didn't have a greetings card which made situation difficult - the bunch was called a peony passion - there was only 3 peonies ( not enough peonies to make a passion I would suggest) - two weeks later they haven't opened.
Very disappointed - especially lack of contact from them with the emails.
