From my first contact with RJH they made me feel comfortable and were not judgemental. Throughout the whole process they gave me clear directions and their documents were unambiguous and easy to follow. My case worker was amazing. She assured me of her attention to my problems and followed through. Kept me up to date step by step. In my case it took about 4 months to get through it all but that was not RJH's fault. It was in the middle of Covid and the Bank held things up. I am elderly and it was a great relief when they told me that they had negotiated successfully and all my debt was written off. I think the term Debt destroyer is very appropriate. All the staff I had dealings with were excellent. If I could give 10 stars I would? Thanks you.
