I had the misfortune of having debts that were becoming greater by the day due to one creditor. This debt was having a huge impact on my health as I had taken it out for serious medical treatment for my granddaughter. I had the good fortune to have Steve (not sure if permitted to name) but he deserved credit for his genuine understanding & concern for my state of health that was being greatly affected by my situation.
