We had tried for along time to receive help from the banks in regards to our financial problems. ANZ in particular made it very difficult for us to keep going. Lanyana were very supportive and helpful right from our first contact. They were able to gain a very good outcome for us after dealing with the banks, even with ANZ. Naomi was particularly great to deal with working on our case. She was easily contactable and very caring. It was such an incredible relief for us both mentally and financially to finally have some support from someone who genuinely cared about our situation and worked on it until they received a good result for us.
