In the past I have dealt with Jake Herd and with the merger, I now have Amy Ridden looking after me. The difference is like chalk and cheese. Jake is a really great guy but just doesn't have the same drive and willingness to go that one step further that Amy has. I was nearly prepared to walk away and I noticed a couple of emails came through from Amy but didn't really pay much attention as I was unwell. My financial position was not getting any better and the extra stress that was giving me was not helping with my help. I was going through my emails and I decided to respond to Amy's email and let her know why I hadn't responded earlier. Amy rang me back within the hour and we had a discussion about where I am at currently. Amy assured me me that she could help me and I feel a lot less stressed about my situation. Thanks Amy
