I’ve been working closely with my case worker Vanissa for almost 4yrs now. I’ve managed to pay out my debt in under 5yrs with the help and support from her. Her customer service skills are absolutely amazing. She is kind, compassionate and absolutely supportive. I’m hoping to never need the service again but won’t hesitate to ask them for help.
