I had the pleasure of having Connie assigned to my case. From the beginning of the application process she was very throughough in explaining how it all worked, which was very helpful consdiering I was in a very tough position and didn't know what my options were. She was able to reassure me on countless occasions where I had concerns about the application, and always did this in a timeless manner. Connie went above and beyond to assist me with my application, and has taken the biggest weight off my shoulders, I can't thank her enough.
