Awful customer service - never use them. It takes days for chat support to answer, which is unacceptable for a financial service platform.
Transfer times are a lie - they say a ‘day’ when you put the transfer in. Oops - later on, it’s 2-5 days.
Extremely bad user interface too. Don’t use them unless you want to be terribly stressed.
