“I made a number of payments to an account and then Revolut suddenly decided it was a scam. Despite answering all their questions they decided to close my account ! The customer support team would not explain why. In effect Revolut were acting as financial advisors as they were telling me where I could or could not send my money. Their replies showed their arrogance and I was treated like a financial imbecile. I have told a number of people about my experience and advised them not to go near them.”

“I’ve essentially had fraud on my account and I’ve raised a dispute which is already taking a long time - their complaints guidelines are 15 days when every job I’ve ever worked at aims to prevent complaints or resolve them after 5 days. I have 3 open complaints right now. When trying to discuss things on their chat service regardless of what you say you get copied and pasted messages from the agents to the point the repeated messages don’t make sense with what I’m Typing.”
