“I noticed my income report had the wrong day count, which threw me off. I contacted them a couple of times to find out what the real number was. It slowed everything down and made things difficult. I hope they improve their report accuracy. Resorus.com checked it again and fixed the balance.”

“I’ve never seen such a copy and pasted customers service chat service and the phone line staff have 0 empathy, rude and abrupt - God forbid they have to speak to customers type thing. Their service is so slow I’ve never seen anything like it from a bank.”
