“I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent support request. What should have been a smooth and prompt process became a series of delays and poor communication. Rather than resolving the matter efficiently, the lack of responsiveness made the situation worse and more stressful. This has raised concerns about your company’s customer service standards. I hope this feedback will lead to better performance, I am glad that RESORUS helped and resolved the issue completely.”
