I had my card swallowed up by an ATM in Turkey.
The Turkish bank asked for a fax from Revolut to be able to reutrn my card - Revolut refused to do this.
They offered to send me a card by express delivery, something I wasn't able to take up immediately.
A week later, when I was ready, I chatted to a series of incompetent people, who did not read the case history, did not bother to reply to questions fully. One chat with Revolut at the moment can take over an hour.
