Poor CS, even if premium. Waiting for 4 days from a special department to tell me why transfer failed.
They promise 1 day transfer when transferring money on app. But CS says that I should have read their FAQ because they state 5 days actually.
Cannot escalate any issue. They only have chat for customer service.
Avoid at all costs!
Unprofessional and unreliable financial company. Don’t trust them with your money!
