No customers service available if you don't use the app.
I deleted the app on my phone because it was constantly not functioning. When I downloaded it again so I can try to move all my money to a new bank account I can't even log In again as their authentication requests both on the app and on a browser doesn't work. So know I am waiting like a fool for a reply to my email to them.
Worst App ever so far wouldn't recommend.
And if someone can help me take action against them it will be very helpful
