Rubbish customer service. I have spent 3 days in chats being transferred from agent to agent only for 5 miserable pounds that they refuse to reimburse.
They keep creating and inventing reasons that are not even in the Terms and Conditions and when challenge, they kept transferring to another agent and taking hours to even reply.
Don't even want to imagine how much worse it could get if someone stole my card! After over 3 years actively using, I will be changing banks!
