Terrible Service
They just froze my daughters account and cancelled the card...just before Xmas. Her salary has been paid in even though the account is supposedly frozen, but it is strange how she can't access it, but it was paid in and cleared successfully.
All documents requested have been sent yet the company cannot give her a date when the issue will be resolved. She needs to be able to access her money. They are causing her a lot of stress. All reviews on other sites are saying the same thing. They have a tendency to freeze accounts. One person had to wait two months for the issue to be resolved. Do not trust the positive reviews. They are a very inefficient company. Avoid.. Best to stick to a wall known reputable company.
