They lost / stole more than 2000 USD from my account. I try to contact a competent perso and person who is decision-maker, but the only thing that happens is different people (introducing themselves only with a nickname) explain to me that the problem is solved and my money have been transfered to my account. Unfortunately the money never recieved into my account and I think to take legal action.
