Not helpful at all. I had issues logging in and the only way to reach them on live chat was from a friends account. When i talked with them they told me that they could not do absolutely nothing. So i guess there is nothing else to do. Iv also sent them an email and the response time is up to 14 days. Your support system is trash. No need to have one.
