Gotten worse and worse, they sent 3 cards, 2 of them to a completely different country to where I am located and wrote down as delivery address, they are unable to take feedback, and the support is garbage, with wait times of sometimes 15 min, even though I have exchanged messages previously with the agent
Clearly unable to deliver a card to a customer, and if a bank can't do that, what can they do?
