Has anyone had the bank suddenly closed and money withheld? 564 pounds!!!
Nothing suspicious at all on my account. Been using it for a few years. Paying rent, bills, food shopping and the odd transfer. Not someone new, nothing different at all.
In total shock and now I have to wait up to 28 working days for an update!!! I don't want to bank with them at all, I just want MY money.
